Give to Grassland Estates
Our neighborhood runs on voluntary contributions from neighbors who want to keep this community a great place to live. Every dollar goes toward shared expenses: lawn care at the entrances, the streetlight at Hillsboro and Bobby, mulch and seasonal refreshes, and the basic costs of keeping the organization operating.
A New Chapter
As of April 10, 2026, Grassland Estates is now organized as a registered Tennessee nonprofit corporation: Grassland Estates Community Organization, Inc.
We are not a homeowners’ association. We do not levy assessments, impose liens, or enforce covenants. Contributions are voluntary. Membership is voluntary.
What changed is the structure underneath the work. Every dollar contributed now flows into an official organizational account instead of a personal one. We have a federal EIN, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and clean financial records that any neighbor can review.
We are not a 501(c)(3). Contributions are not tax-deductible.
