About Grassland Estates

Grassland Estates is a neighborhood of nearly 130 homes located in the heart of the historic Grassland Community.

The neighborhood has oversight by a small group of long time residents. While there isn’t an official homeowners association, and thus no required fees or guidelines for the community to live by, the oversight committee volunteers their time to take care of some of the demands that being a neighborhood requires. Some of those responsibilities include:

• Landscaping entrances into the neighborhood
• Neighborhood signage
• Paying the power bill for the neighborhood street lighting

Annually, the oversight group raises money from the neighborhood to ensure that the annual budget is covered. These fees are optional and not mandatory.
